Music Therapy
Music is a universal language that we can use to connect with others, express our feelings, and process our emotions. I work with my clients on self-discovery and esteem through lyric analysis, emotional and physical regulation through playing drums and other sensory based instruments, and beyond.
Parenting support
Feeling overwhelmed with the stressors of life PLUS being a parent? Work with me to help learn new strategies for co-regulation with your child, improving family relationships, managing difficult behaviors, and conflict resolution. I am also passionate about connecting families to helpful resources in the community, specific to their children’s needs. I am familiar with services for kids with developmental disabilities, mental health needs and complex medical diagnoses.
